Chassis System Components

Transmission System:

Includes components such as the clutch, gearbox, universal joints (e.g., universal joints, driveshafts), final drive, differential, and half-shafts. Its main function is to transmit power from the engine to the vehicle's drive wheels, enabling functions such as deceleration, gear shifting, direction changing, power cut-off, inter-wheel differential, and inter-axle differential, ensuring the vehicle can operate normally under various conditions.

Runner System:

Covers components such as the frame, axles (including front and rear axles), wheels, and suspension. The main function of the runner system is to receive power from the transmission system, generate traction through the interaction between the drive wheels and the road surface, ensuring normal vehicle movement; it also bears the overall weight of the vehicle and the reaction force from the ground, mitigates the impact of uneven road surfaces on the body, reduces vibration during driving, maintains driving stability, and works with the steering system to ensure the vehicle's handling stability.

Steering System:

Includes components such as the steering wheel, steering shaft, steering column, steering gear, steering arms, tie rods, drag links, and steering knuckles. The primary function of the steering system is to control the vehicle's direction according to the driver's intentions, ensuring the vehicle can be steered as required.

The braking system:

It mainly consists of four parts: the power supply device, the control device, the transmission device, and the brakes (such as brake pads and brake discs). The main function of the braking system is to forcibly reduce the vehicle's speed, slowing down or even stopping a moving vehicle, maintaining a stable speed for a vehicle traveling downhill, and keeping a stopped vehicle stationary, thereby ensuring driving safety.
